About Us
Achille Young is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and a 1999 Computer Science graduate from National University. From 1995 to 2001, he served at Sun Microsystems, specializing in Sun Solaris Unix and Java technology support. His technical career is complemented by over 20 years of service as a disaster volunteer with the American Red Cross, where he utilized radio and satellite technology for emergency response. Currently, Achille is the founder of Panamanian Norteamericano in Ho Chi Minh City. He is dedicated to merging his culinary brand with an AI and STEM curriculum designed for the young Vietnamese generation, with the goal of creating programs recognized for university credit.
