Tung Nguyen is Counsel in the International Trade practice at BakerHostetler in Washington, DC. He advises foreign governments and multinational companies on a broad range of U.S. trade matters, with a focus on antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) proceedings, as well as tariff and trade policy measures, including Sections 122, 201, 232 and 301. Tung regularly counsels clients on complex customs and compliance issues, including country of origin, tariff classification, customs valuation, and administrative remedies such as protests. He has extensive experience representing clients before U.S. government agencies and courts, including the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
