Cognia

Ms. Kelly Knipe has over forty years in the education profession and is the Vice President of International Evaluation Services with Cognia. She has taught Bilingual/ESL education from the elementary grades through high school, Citizenship Classes for non-U.S. residents, and GED Classes in local Adult Education Programs. Kelly served as a Teacher Trainer for the Cadre of Teacher Trainers with the Dallas Independent School District.  She worked with pre-entry university students in the English Language Institute at Oklahoma State University and with the Saudi government teaching ‘Survival English’ to Saudi nationals. Kelly’s work with Cognia entails providing support to international institutions in 100+ countries and U.S. territories.
