As one of New York City’s oldest independent schools, Dwight has been serving students for 150 years.During this time, we have earned a reputation for balancing the importance of tradition with a recognition that education is about meeting the needs of individual students. Dwight is committed to using all available resources to craft a personalized journey for every student based on individual interests and passions. Innovation at Dwight takes many forms, from being the first school in the Americas to offer all four International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, and empowering student entrepreneurs to translate their novel ideas into reality through our Spark Tank Program, to being the first independent school to establish an overseas campus.
