About Us

EPLegal started its business in 2009 as a boutique firm specialized in the oil & gas industry. After a few years, we have extended our legal services intensively in support of local Vietnamese and international clients in cross-border commercial transactions, maritime & aviation, banking & financing project, incorporations, dispute resolution & litigation, construction, corporate, M&A and others legal interests.

EPLegal possesses highly qualified lawyers and consultants accredited in Vietnam and England with a normal range of 10 to 20 years of experience in legal and contract related practices. EPLegal is proud of having outstanding dispute lawyers specialized in high value, high stakes, complex litigation and arbitration, with particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional disputes. We are usually involved in early dispute resolution through direct settlement negotiation, mediation or, failing that, litigation or arbitration.
