ACDL and its wholly owned operating company Ho Tram Project Company Ltd is the developer of the Ho Tram Strip, a group of integrated resorts and residential developments located on more than 160 hectares of land along 2.2 kilometers of pristine beach in Ho Tram, Ba Ria–Vung Tau, Vietnam. The first phase of its development–The Grand Ho Tram Strip-opened its doors in 2013 and includes a 541 room five-star hotel, the most awarded resort in Vietnam, 4 stunning swimming pools, a world class casino facility with over 500 slot machines and 90 live tables, eleven restaurants and bars, state-of-the-art convention center space with the capacity to serve 1,800 guests, awarding winning Spa center, an exclusive VIP area, as well as a variety of beach-front recreational activities. Its adjacent link-style golf course-The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip-was designed by Greg Norman, opened in October 2014 and is currently ranked number 35 top 100 in the World by Golf Digest (2016-2020). The “Beach Club”Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, a 560 room hotel tower is currently under expected to be placed into operation in 2020 construction and includes a 2,000 guest amphitheater, a water park and additional retail and restaurant amenities. The Grand and the adjacent Beach ClubHoliday Inn Resort will have a combined 1,100 guest rooms. Additional developments at Ho Tram currently include Ramada Ho Tram by Wyndam Hotels & Resorts, a condotel also in construction as well as a second integrated resort which will include gaming amenities, entertainment venues and several unique hotel/resorts.
