About Us

James H. Murphy is a finance industry professional who has taught Finance at universities in Vietnam since his arrival to Ho Chi Minh City in 2001. Capital Budgeting and Wealth Management are Mr. Murphy’s areas of interest.

Prior to his arrival to Vietnam, Mr. Murphy’s career in finance included employment as an investment banker and as a compliance auditor at several leading residential lenders. Mr. Murphy has also owned and operated a bituminous coal shipping company.
