Tuoc currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Galaxy Digital Technology Holdings, which supports technology transformation in banking, aviation, and real estate (smart cities). He is also Executive Director of the Saigon Marina IFC and Fintech Hub, which partners with Vietnam International Financial Center in HCMC to lead innovation in the financial sector through research and digital technology adoption. A technology and internet pioneer, Tuoc was Facebook’s first employee in Vietnam in 2011, helping transform a struggling social network into the country’s leading platform and later driving cross-border commerce growth for SMBs in Southeast Asia—then Facebook’s largest revenue-generating sub-region outside the U.S. Prior to that, he was Google’s first employee in Vietnam, establishing its local presence in 2005 and helping propel both Google and YouTube to market leadership.
Tuoc holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
