I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Hanoi Medical University, a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a PhD from the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE), Vietnam. I bring over 20 years of experience in public health, research, and project management, primarily at NIHE. My work has focused on infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and the One Health approach. I have also held multiple roles in project management and international cooperation, including leading and coordinating large-scale public health projects supported by international partners such as the World Bank. I worked as a Specialist for the Global Health Security Program at USAID. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with government agencies and international partners, and supporting policy development and implementation in complex public health settings.
