Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company is the developer and operator of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP).
PM3 SIP is situated within the newly expanded Ho Chi Minh City—a dynamic national manufacturing and logistics powerhouse.
PM3 SIP is pursuing the development of a model in line with its sustainability objectives and ESG standards and seeking Eco-Industrial Park recognition under Decree 35/2022/ND-CP and Circular 05/2025/TT-BKHDT.
