About Us

Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) was established as a symbol of the strong relationship and economic collaboration between Vietnam and Singapore. Supported by both nations governments, VSIP is a joint venture between Becamex IDC Corporation (Vietnam) and Sembcorp Development (Singapore).

Over 29 years of development, VSIP has become the Leading Developer of Integrated Township & Industrial Park in Vietnam. We have operated 18 projects across the country with over 11,600 ha of total land fund. Our business brings in new urban solutions such as international master planning, sustainable infrastructure and attracting foreign investors with higher value-added manufacturing. To date, VSIP has attracted 970 customers from 30 economies with over US$23.45 billion of investments and created more than 320,000 jobs.

VSIP has been recognized as the “Best Industrial Developer” by UK’s Euromoney magazine from 2008 to 2024. Other accolades include SaigonTimes’ Top 40 award for “Best Performing Foreign Investor for sustainable development”, Vietnam Economic Times’ Golden Dragon Award for the most distinguished FDI enterprise in Vietnam and the recognition by Vietnam Architect Association as a symbolic project model of the 20th century
