About Us
VSIP JV is a joint venture between Vietnam’s Becamex IDC Corporation and a Singaporean consortium led by Sembcorp Development.
Over two decades of development, VSIP has become the leading developer of integrated industrial parks and mixed-use areas in Vietnam. We have operations across the southern, northern and central regions of Binh Duong, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Quang Ngai, Hai Duong, and Nghe An. Our business brings in new urban solutions such as international masterplanning, sustainable infrastructure and attractting foreign investors with higher value-added manufacturing. To date, the VSIP has attracted 750 customers from 30 economies with more than US$10 billion of investments while creating about 200,000 jobs.
VSIP has been named “Best Developer, Industrial and Warehouse, Overall in Vietnam” by UK’s Euromoney.
