About Us

Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) was developed on the form of friendship and economic cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore. With the support from two countries government, a joint venture between domestic and foreign partners by reputable corporations, experience in infrastructure construction and real estate such as Becamex IDC Corporation (Vietnam) and the companies led by Sembcorp Development (Singapore) were established to carry out VSIP project.

Over 26 years of development, VSIP has become the Leading Developer of Integrated Township & Industrial Park in Vietnam. We have operated 12 projects across the country with more than 10,000 ha of total land fund at Binh Duong, Can Tho, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Nghe An, Quang Ngai, Quang Tri and Binh Dinh. Our business brings in new urban solutions such as international master planning, sustainable infrastructure and attracting foreign investors with higher value-added manufacturing. To date, the VSIP has attracted 880 customers from 30 economies with more than US$17 billion of investments while creating about 295,000 jobs.

VSIP has been named the “Best Industrial Developer” since 2008 until 2022 by UK’s Euromoney magazine. Other corporate awards include the SaigonTimes’ Top 40 award for “Best Performing Foreign Investor for sustainable development”; the Vietnam Economic Times’ Golden Dragon Award for the most distinguished FDI enterprise in Vietnam; and the Vietnam Architect Association’s recognition of the VSIP’s symbolic project model in the 20th century.
