With a total area of 2,100 hectares upon completion, WHA Industrial Zone 1- Nghe An is one of the largest Smart Eco Industrial Zone in North Central Vietnam
Located within Dong Nam Economic Zone–Nghe An province, with special privileges, its phase 1 and 2 offers 498 hectares of international-standard infrastructure to industrial investors and accommodates residential and commercial projects. Phase 1 with 144 ha has been finished since 2019 with numbers of client from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, etc. Phase 2 with 354 ha is being deployed and have started to have investors reserved the land from middle of 2022
WHA Group continues to expand in other localities in Vietnam, including a project with a scale of 900 hectares that has been and is being implemented in Thanh Hoa province. Soon, this will be a new footprint of WHA Group in Vietnam
