Will Sandman is the General Manager of Business Development for Southeast Asia at Ecosis, where he focuses on expanding strategic partnerships and helping organizations implement practical, scalable sustainability solutions across the region.
With more than two decades of experience across Asia, Will has built his career at the intersection of global brands and manufacturing, driving growth, innovation, and long-term value across complex supply chains. His background spans footwear, apparel, packaging, and materials, where he has worked closely with multinational companies and regional partners to strengthen collaboration, improve performance, and unlock market opportunities.
Throughout his career, Will has held leadership roles in business development, strategy, and general management, leading cross-border teams, launching new ventures, and developing go-to-market strategies that connect Western brands with Asian manufacturing ecosystems. His work has focused on building scalable, commercially viable solutions aligned with evolving industry demands.
At Ecosis, Will is passionate about accelerating the transition toward more sustainable and circular operating models. He believes Southeast Asia is uniquely positioned to lead the next generation of responsible manufacturing—balancing economic growth with environmental stewardship.
Outside of work, Will serves as Chairman of Shoe Dawgs, a philanthropic networking organization supporting charitable initiatives in Vietnam.
