Will Sandman is the General Manager of Business Development for Southeast Asia at Ecosis, where he focuses on expanding partnerships and helping organizations advance practical sustainability solutions across the region.
With more than two decades of experience working across Asia, Will has built his career connecting global brands, manufacturers, and supply chains to drive growth, innovation, and long - term business value. His background spans industries including footwear, apparel, packaging, and materials, where he has worked closely with multinational companies and regional manufacturers to strengthen collaboration and improve supply chain performance.
In his role at Ecosis, Will is passionate about helping businesses transition toward more sustainable and circular operating models. He believes Southeast Asia has a unique opportunity to lead in building responsible manufacturing ecosystems that support both economic growth and environmental stewardship. Outside of work, Will serves as Chairman of Shoe Dawgs, a philanthropic networking organization supporting charitable initiatives in Vietnam.
