Harvest Baking is an American specialty bakery that produces premium fresh-baked goods with the best fiavor and highest quality in Vietnam. We create wholesome, nutritious product that use no chemicals, extenders, additives or whole grain breads, bagels, English muffins, pitas and tortillas. We also offer healthy heart food choices for our gluten-intolerant and vegan customer, and we make classic favorites such as fudge brownies, home-made cookies, tarts, cakes, New York Cheesecake, and American Apple and pumpkin pies. Since we use no chemicals, our products are good for children and those with food sensitivities due to preservatives.
The care and attention that goes into creating the perfect loaf of bread is the same care we apply when nurturing our Harvest Baking team. The secret to making great bread are people who have a passion for baking and quality. Our bakers make sure that the love goes in before the label goes on. We believe in giving back to the country and community in which we serve and operate. We do this by hiring highly motivated, underprivileged people and working with them to develop both job and life skills. We have trained orphans and hearing-impaired bakers, even providing sign language for our staff.
