VC Partners (VCP) is an industrial and logistics real estate platform that invests and develops high quality industrial factories, logistics and cold storage warehouse projects in Vietnam and lease out to tenants. Our offerings include: (1) Development logistics warehouse projects, (2) Build to suit” factory/warehouse, tailoring to tenant’s requirements , (3) Buy existing factory/warehouse (including “Sell & Leaseback” deals) and renovate to meet tenant’s requirements. Our solutions will help our tenants conserve cash that is better deployed for their operating business.
Our current projects ranging from industrial factories, logistics warehouses, cold storage, pharmaceutical center and other mixed - use projects. Our geographic focus is Southern Key Economic Zones (“SKEZ”) (HCM City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong , Long An). We are looking to expand into Northern Key Economic Zones (“NKEZ” ) (Hanoi, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong)
